I was thinking that #lockdown is going to make me become a vampire but in reality, I am enjoying lockdown more than I thought I would. Really I get up early and do some work out at home only and once I am don`t with morning #routine I am ready to start my #WFH. When my WFH ends I go back to my wife and we both talk about day to day stuff and I got to tell you, I am very lucky to be married to a woman who`s not just my wife but also my best friend.

I am going, to be honest, and tell you that many peoples are going thru a very hard time during this lockdown and I can't stop my self from not trying to help in any way possible. So after thinking a lot I thought to post my #general #ideas on how to stay #happy and #healthy in lockdown. 

Here are my few tips and thoughts that may help you.

  • Get in touch with your closest family members who really matter the most to you, Your partner, your kids, both of your parents, grandparents, siblings, closest friends. In a time like this, you must look out for them in any possible way. 
  • I suggest you try to make your daily routine intact, I mean wake up early and prepare your morning routing like nothing happens and so on. Do not give lots of thought about being lockdown. 
  • Work out is a key to remove negative energy from your body and fill it with positive ones. I suggest YOGA because it is very helpful for physical and mental health balance.

Do not forget that history is witness that every lockdown and reason for that ended one day. 

  • Balance your diet. Lockdown = eating is not going to help anything so try to eat healthily.
  • Sleeping properly is what you have been finding your self difficult to do so this is time now make sure you get good sleep and feel fresh.
  • Reading anything of your choice is going to give you a kind of #positive satisfaction, for me, I like to read articles and blogs. 

Even better write something anything of your interest, I am already on the way to finish another blog post.

  • Do not just keep scrolling through Twitter and Instagram or Facebook posts but try to make most out of social media channels to stay in touch with peoples whom you care about.
  • Try to listen to your favorite music and relax.
  • Write down your good and bad both feeling about something which bothers you and shares it with your partner and has a positive discussion about it.
  • Here and there do something good for someone however you are able to do. I asked my house cling person to take leave and don`t worry about work I will keep paying you.

I do want to high-lite a few other helpful things for the same

  • Please accept the 'The New Normal Nowadays'
  • Enjoy the slower pace
  • Practice meditation
  • Think positive
  • Take things slowly 
  • Limit your time for news. 
  • Self-learning something new is the best thing to do in this lockdown
My suggestion for children and its very important to understand and Help children cope with stress during COVID-19 outbreak
