North Korea confirms test of new submarine-launched ballistic missile; US, South Korea & Japan condemn the launch

The US, South Korea and Japan have condemned the submarine-launched ballistic missile test by North Korea, describing the missile as a ballistic missile. North Korea is banned from developing and testing ballistic missiles under UNSC sanctions.
