Pakistan Parliament passes bill to grant Kulbhushan Jadhav right to appeal against conviction

Pakistan Parliament passed the International Court of Justice (Review and Re-consideration) Bill, 2020, which will give the Indian National Kulbhushan Jadhav the right to appeal against his conviction.
